Flights of Fancy is a cosy indie collection game built around graceful bird movement, responsive controls, and collection-based progression.
Take control of the fastest bird on earth and escape from the everyday into the meditative pursuit of bird collecting. This is an audio/visual journey, one in which every aspect has been meticulously crafted to ensure the experience alone is one worth coming back for.
So prepare to take flight, and revel in the joy this unfamiliar freedom can bring!
Flights Of Fancy EP
Serving as a precursor/companion to the game, is a 6 track musical EP.
This was created to help set the tone for the project and in addition give a first glimpse into the world we are creating. The music has been composed/arranged by [ Dan Farley ] and comprises three 'musical' tracks, and three 'audio paintings'.
Each of the main tracks from the EP have been taken and set to real world footage which can be viewed below. These scenes were captured from various sites across the south coast of the UK, and serve as a direct reference for content within the game.
